I received the latest N360 update/patch yesterday (20.3.1.22) and, since it was installed, N360 does not prompt me to log into identity safe even though my setting for the option is on. Rebooting doesn't solve the problem either. I do use IE10, but haven't seen this issue until now and have been running IE10 for at least a couple of months.
