Hi. Just joined this forum - looking for help.
I bought Norton360 years ago and have installed through internet since. All been well unitil a couple of days ago when live update stopped updating the virus definitions. I have tried and tried. One Click Support does not work either.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still no luck.
Then last night I decided to run a full system scan in safe mode - found nothing. I then rebooted my system to find that the O/S would not load. I have just reformatted the hard drive and reinstalled XP Pro. I then installed norton 360 again and have the same problem.
At the end of the live update (which takes ages for some reason) i simply get the error message "Not all of the updates were successful."
At the end of one click support i get confirmation that all has completed ok only to find that there was no change.
Thanks in advance guys. I really don't have a clue what to do.
