Last week my N360 had too errors and I had to reinstall, which upgraded to v 20.1.1.2. This worked fine until last night. During that time I went from using local indentify safe to the vault. For the vault, you first have to sign into your norton account and then provide the vault password. The problem I am having is with the norton account log in. N360 as a whole is logged into my norton account, as it has that info on the top right corner of the screen. When I try to log into indentity safe through norton, or the vault through any browser, I get the first "pop up" to log into my norton account, which always says failed, check credentials. I went to the mynortonaccount website, and logged in just fine. But N360 would still not let me log in. I have reinstalled again, to no avail. I have changed my Norton account password, and N360 will still not take it, but the website will. After changing my password, I tried reinstalling again. Still not working through N360. I am running Win7 64bit. I waited over 30min for a online chat before giving up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you run the NOrton Remove and Reinstall Tool to eliminate the possibility of a corrupted copy of the program on your computer?

The V20 Norton products don't use the local vault unless it is already there following an ontop upgrade from an earlier version that did.
With the reinstalls you did I'm not sure just where your setup stands regarding this but it may explain what you are experiencing.
I'm not experienced in this particular area since I don't use the identity safe myself but it's a point worth bearing in mind and there may be ways of working around the situation since you have the other installations working as you want them.

What were the original errors? This might help us understand your problems.
Have you run LiveUpdate manually a few times, rebooting as necessary, until no updates are available?
