N360's autoblock

Hi everyone,

I've got a little problem with my Norton 360. Actually, it's not really a problem, but rather a question.

Since a week or two, something is attacking my computer everytime I boot it. My Norton always blocks the attack

(luckily for me), so that's not really the problem. I'm worried because it attacks my computer everytime, so

only blocking it isn't quite the solution. After some time, I found out that the attack wasn't coming from someting

inside my computer. It seems to be an internetsite.

Here comes my question:

Is there a way to block communication between my computer and the site? I know autoblock blocks it,

but that only lasts for 30 minutes, so when I boot my computer the next day, it's just the same story all over again.

If someone has an idea how I can get rid of these attacks, pleas let me know, it would really make my day. :smileywink:

Hi Yogesh,

Thank you so very much!

I was indeed able to block all communication, and I haven't been attacked by the site eversince.

Quite a relief, to be honest.

I did run the Norton Power Eraser tool, but an error occured.

(Error code: 0x8000ffff,n5)

I did all the scans with Norton 360 that could be done, and it didn't find any thread or virus.

I also found out that the site was trying to attack a process named nvdisp.exe, but since my Norton

didn't find anything, I presume that it isn't infected or altered in any way.

Once again, thanks for helping me solve this problem.
