Note: your Norton 360 UI Settings password is (likely) not your Norton account password nor Norton Password Manager password.

Since, you do not know/recall your Norton 360 UI Settings “password”.
You’ll need (by my experience) ‘Reboot to Safe mode’.

Please try Norton_360_Remover tool → ‘Reboot to Safe mode’?

Norton_360_Remover tool → ‘Reboot to Safe mode’…allows Norton 360 uninstall without knowing your Norton 360 UI Settings “password”.

Download and run the Norton 360 Remover tool for Windows here
Download and install your Norton device security here

If so, that is the Windows User Account Control looking for your Windows Admin password.
