Before i installed Norton 360 I could access my western digital my cloud NAS device as a separate drive since I installed Norton these files are now not accessable

I am not actually sure of the version number, I know we have a subscription and it was just downloaded that day. Truth is I uninstalled Norton as I needed access to the data. I believe it was just the firewall but I could not get it working.
I believe I will end up reinstalling Norton so any tips on disabling the fire wall would be appreciated.
