NAV 12.1 Lost its Activation

My copy of NAV 12.1 lost its Activation this evening.  It decided that I was on a 30 day trial.

 

It was OK earlier today, and the only thing that has happened since was this evening's virus definitions update.

 

I nabbed my Activation Key from the on-lin Store and re-Activated it without problem, and that seems to have worked.  I.e., I can restart the computer and it stays Activated.  And the number of days left in my subscription appears correct.

 

But obviously something got screwed up -- perhaps in the 12.1 update or perhaps the timing is just coincidence.

 

ETA:  There does not appear to be anything relevant in Console Messages, Diagnostic Reports, or Crash Reporter
