Hello all.
Yesterday, I noticed my antivirus protection was turned off. Looking into the boards, I noticed solutions ranging from deleting the keychain information to unintalling and reinstalling. The keychain solution did not work, so I did an uninstall. I re-downloaded the installer from my norton account. and it is hanging at the portion of the install where it attempts to download the latest updates. The app itself says it's incomplete if I skip that step. Any suggestions as to why the freshly downloaded installer isn't working?
