Hi,
NAV recently informed me that a new version of NAV was available as part of my subscription. The version I had prior to upgrade had a product serial number of [Removed]. I took the upgrade but this new version has a serial number of [Removed] and the new version is operating in Trial mode. When I try to activate it says I have no keys left
In my norton account it is showing both products, my old one with a registration date of Sep 23, 2007 expiring Mar 27, 2014 (recent renewal) and a new one (also called Norton AntiVirus) with a registration date of Mar 10, 2013 and stating no product key purchased.
Please help as I only have 13 days trial period remaining.
