Since I updated from NAV 2007 to 2008 a few months ago I find my computer can run slowly at times. I avoid downloading updates if I'm using demanding programmes such as Photoshop or the internet, but I often find Symantec programmes like LuComServer, LuCallBackProxy.exe, LuComServer_3_4.exe, pifCrawl.exe, coh32.exe, HelpSvc.exe, or ccSvcHst.exe are running in the background and using a lot of CPU time. Why are there so many of these and why are they so intrusive?
Do other users experience the same effect?
My computer has an Intel Celeron 1.8GHz processor with 256Mb RAM and I use Windows XP Home (SP3), and free Zone Alarm.
