NAV 2009 and standard user on Vista

My main account is a standard user on Windows Vista. However, in order to make changes to NAV 2009 I have to log into my admin account as when I click on settings I get the "Access Denied: You need to be an Administrator to perform this action" dialog.

 

This is a real pain. Why can't NAV 2009 work like just about every other program that requires an admin account and use the UAC to elevate the process so that I don't have to log out of my account?

 

I'm using NAV version 16.5.0.134.
