Nav 2009 finds suspicious files but no virus. Need help please!

Here's the story. 5 months ago Norton finds a trojan, supposedly removes it, but it keeps coming back again and again a few days later, despite being removed.

After initial removal I would run a full system scan again to be sure.

But when scanning "commonly infected areas and startup files", Norton would scan suspicious files with names like Trojan.Voxom, Backdoor.Tidserv etc...., but would eventually find no infected files. Several days later, an infection would be found again.

So I do a clean format, using 100% legit versions of windows XP and NAV 2009.

I scan the computer again, it finds nothing, but again, when scanning "commonly infected areas and startup files", Norton trys scanning a bunch of suspicious files.

Here's a few pics to show you what I mean:

Is this normal for Norton to find these? Is Norton looking for these files or is my system infected by these files?

I'm thinking it might be a boot sector virus. I need help please!
