NAV 2009. Norton Community Watch off, but history shows items sent

I installed NAV 2009 on XP SP3. It all seems to be working nicely.

 

In the settings, I set Norton Community watch to off. However, in the History, I see entries

 

Norton Community watch feedback, Status: submitted.

 

The help file indicates that with the setting off, no items will be submitted. Have I misunderstood, or is information being submitted anyway?

 

I do not wish to submit feed back to Symantec about my PC usage.

 

Please advise.
