I have been reading several of the options presented in this and in other websites... I've a computer running XP pro SP3, with all the updates from windows. I have tried most of all the options trying to fix the following problem... From downloading the Norton removal too, unistalling and reinstalling...etc.
Everytime the computer is start after a few minutes I get the message that the computer is at risk, when I select "Fix Now" it goes thru the process and tells me that the "auto proctec" "not fixed" then goes to "advance protection" then goes to "not fixed". I go and close the dialog box and then in the main Norton panel my antivirus is turned "off", as well as the advance protection, still the antispyware remains "On". After all this it takes me to the support dialog box and tells me that it found "error 3035 6" I go thru the entire process of trying to fix the situatio, but again without any luck.
For some strange reason then my windows security center is not recognazing that anantivirus software has been installed...
Any ideas...
