NAV 2009 will not connect to server

I just purchased NAV 2009.  I am trying to update it but it will not connect to the server.  My computer does have an internet connection that is live but I cannot use it at all.  MSN, internet explorer, Outlook, etc.

 

Any suggestions as to how to fix this?
