NAV worked last night, did a scan and didn't find anything, like every other night.
Working this morning and noticed the NAV icon gone from the sys tray, has happened before, usually just restart it from the destop icon or reboot and all is well, but not today!
When I try and start NAV 2010 via a desktop shortcut, I get a yellow triangle with a black ! in it.
When I try to left or right mouse key click over that triangle it goes away, or goes away on it's own in a few seconds as well.
I tried to start it in safe mode, same thing.
uninstalled and reinstalled with removing all the old settings during unistall, no good. NAV finished installing, but wont run or start.
Tried the recent hotfix from Symantec of the disappearing NAV systray icon, when I attempt to run it, it can not find NAV2010, says it's not installed.
Again, back to safe mod and not good.
Downloaded the free Symantec scanner, it doesn't find anything that is a threat.
Presently uninstalling NAV2010 and loading in a AVG free version to try and scan.
Any known problems based in the symptons I'm seeing?
