NAV 2011: How do I reduce Liveupdate frequency???

Help (in Danish): "Automatisk LiveUpdate søger som standard efter opdateringer hver time, ..." translated into

Help (English): "Automatic LiveUpdate will as standard look for updates every hour ..."

 

This seems HIGHLY paranoid bordering on the hysterical. How do I reduce Automatic LiveUpdate to say once a day? And how do I get a message each time allowing me to stop it?
