NAV 2011 - Live Update Error - Proxy Settings

NAV 2011 - Live Update Error - 'Unable to connect to Network Proxy Server. Please Check your Norton Proxy Settings.'  I checked my proxy settings - they are the same as my browser settings - so what gives? (this is happening on 30+ computers). - Cancel this - Live Update Started working on it's own. !?!?

do you use Windows Firewall or an extra product to block/allow programs internet access?

I would first check the firewall settings, and if it is not availalbe, add c:\program files\norton antivirus\engine\{versionnumber}\ccsvchst.exe to the program rules, and configure its settings to Allow.

ps: if this not helps, please give us some extra info: which windows os and service pack do you run, and are you behind any windows/linux/etc server?

I am having the same problem using Windows Firewall with Windows 7. No matter what I do, including trying to add and allow the above file, nothing will let Live Update connect. Any other ideas?
