I dislike very much that help in NAV 2012 now requires
a) to be connected to the internet
b) to wait an appreciable time for a page to load
c) difficult to scroll through if one is not necessarily looking for help on a very specific item and one lands on the default 'Hi I'm Nathan' page with a very limited list of topics.
This contrasts with the ease of use of the .chm file we had with previous versions, which has index, search as well as expandable 'book' tabs and opens instantly.
Whilst I realise that Symantec is following the fashionable trend into the clouds, will you please at least provide, for those of us who wish to keep ourselves firmly earthbound, the option of a .chm file, or make the help link in NAV configurable so that I can get it to open the pdf manual (which I have downloaded) rather than going to Nathan's rather unhelpful list of second guesses as to why I want to look something up from help.
