NAV allowing permission for UDP connection to my IP address

NAV2008 version 15.0.0.58 with Vista OS Vista Service pack 1

I noticed this item appearing in the NAV2008 log viewer under

Internet Worm Protection

 Alerts

It indicated that there was a rule to allow permission for UDP connection to my IP address from some IP address that I'm not familiar with ( I think it was like telefonica-ca.com?)

The effected item was "services"

I never was asked by my NAV if I wanted to allow this or not. So it concerns me that permission was given without my knowledge and that it allows for this exchange. Does this sound like a legit thing?

I know the program rules ( or is it process rules?) has services set to allow from any computer. I think it is set like that at default. Should I change it or just leave it alone knowing that the other layers of protection will cover me?

Might a Norton satffer respond?
