I recently bought a Dell laptop at Best Buy with the NAV three-computer option. The NAV was installed on the laptop. We planned to install it on a second laptop when the McAfee that was on that computer ran out.
The only number/code I have is a 19-digit alphanumerical serial number and a 7-digit number under service and service options for NAV. I don't have a box or a card or anything else.
The McAfee ran and out we uninstalled it in anticipation of downloading the NAV today. BUT, when I try to enter the serial number to download the NAV on the second laptop, the pop-up refuses to take the number.
