I keep getting a message that my Norton is not working and my computer is at risk. I click on the Fix Now button and download starts, everything seems to be working but the last download "NAV Engine" fails to complete. I've tried this many times with the same result. I've tried the diagnostics but nothing is found. I tried to contact Norton several times but got no response. What is wrong and how co I fix it?
