NAV suddenly flagging auto-confirm@amazon.com?

I placed an order on Amazon and hadn't received a confirmation of shipment, or thought I hadn't. It was in the Outlook Junk mail folder, flagged by Norton as spam. Why would NAV flag "auto-confirm@amazon.com"? Anyone using Amazon.com will get emails from this account!

I marked the message as "Not Junk"  - no effect. I selected "Never block Sender" - no apparent effect - there it still sat in the Junk folder. Finally I moved it manually to the inbox and it stayed there. We'll see if the next confirmation is flagged.
