Thank you that does clear things up. I am having all kinds of problems with my Norton AV. If I'm off line for say 8 or 10 hours, it won't update the definitions. When I click on live update, it will update it. Then there are the tmes like now that it says there is a 75MB file waiting to be downloaded. Once I try to do that, the update fails, after downloading for 6 or 7 hours. (I have Netzero Dial-up). The other night out of frustration I tried to cancel the update. it asked me if I was sure, I clicked yes, but it wouldn't cancel. About every 3 minutes it would come back and ask me if I was sure I wanted to cancel. I finally have to shut down and reboot to make it stop.
Where do i find the NAV/NIS board?? I apologize for posting in the wrong place.
