NAV versions 10.2 and 11.2 for Mac and Snow Leopard

OK. Supposedly a fix has been included in Live Update to solve the incompatibility with NAV 11.2 and Snow Leopard. (Meanwhile, i got suckered into an additional $25.00 subscription when I upgraded to Snow Leopard and and was advised my previous subscription had expired, while it actually had months to go), and then, after paying the new subscription fee, found out Nav 11.2 application was not compatible with Snow Leopard. I've yet to see if the "patch" resolves the incompatibility on my MacBook Pro. Does my subscription get extended by an extra year (fee paid) in addition to the time I had remaining on my previous subscription?

Now... what about NAV 10.2 running on my iMac desktop. Same situation re subscription time remaining. I upgraded that unit also to Snow Leopard, but don't see anything about a Live Update patch to make that version compatible with Snow Leopard. Are those of us running that version to be ignored, and/or suckered into upgrading to version 11.2?
