Hi Dave: Your reply is the MOST encouraging one so far after reading the community pages. I have been in the I.T. professional for over 33 years, and I have ended up servicing quite many non-profit/charity organizations. These people do not get much fundings from government so often their computers and software are NOT very 'modern' like. I have been helping them to continue using NAV2002 and 2003 and still able to get Live Update. They are happy and grateful about that! Now with SYmantec May 11 Live update really causing many of their computers failed to perform NAV functions. The part that irritates me is: Clients purchased and OWN those NAV software, they can forever use them if they choose to, and why would Symmantec send down Live Update that crashes their computers and thus forcing people to BUY new ones?? I just hope this is being done UNINTENTIONALLY and wish your company would be nice enough to resolve this issue in the NEXT LIVEUPDATE, we and many users will be forever grateful.
