Hello, I have installed NAV 2009. When I click either the desktop icon or the start menu icon, I get the error:
C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\Engine\16.2.0.7\uiStub.exe
The parameter is incorrect.
Also every time I try it, it puts another copy of uiStub.exe in the processes list.
If I click on the icon in the system tray, the program opens and seems to work fine. I have tried suggestions from other posts, but did not solve the problem. (ran removal tool several times, did live update several times, never had ZA or Kapersky installed)
Is it safe to just run it from the system tray icon and not worry about the desktop icon? It seems to work OK otherwise, LiveUpdate and scanning are working.
