Recently updated to NAV2011 from NAV2010, and have noticed 2011 isn’t quite as stable as 2010. Here is an example; was checking insight on a file, and it locked up (i.e. “Not Responding”) so I closed it and not wanting to wait also killed dumpprep - this closing seems to have: a) also killed the main Norton process b) stopped Norton from restarting without a reboot and/or (as per what happened last night) reinstall. (last night I was rescanning a suspected FP and during the scan checked insight… It locked up) So is this something others have noticed? If so, Has Norton staff been made aware of it? Will there be a solution forthcoming? Any other thoughts, comments, or possible solutions are welcome…
