NAVENG.SYS causes blue screen

I get a blue screen with Norton Internet Security 20.2.0.19 on a Dell desktop running Windows XP/SP3. The blue screen happens just after the desktop loads after booting. The problem started around Tuesday (Jan 15th). This makes the computer useless, so I have to uninstall NIS and use some other AV in the meantime.

 

From the event log:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x00041785, 0xc0e00000, 0x88e0f248, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini011913-02.dmp.
