I finally decided to open up the pop up that tells me that add-ons are making me slow down... one stuck out majorly, NCO BHO....102.7 sec.
I have been having this delayed time for about 3-4 weeks now. This is very frustrating. I am not sure that the NCO BHO is the whole problem, but this time it was. It doesn't matter if it is opening a browser or opening a file, it seems to take forever. I have also noticed that when I come to the computer and the idle check is going on, I am extremely slowed down like this. I have tried turning off all start up items and it still does it.
I am running Windows 7 64 bit and IE 9.
After seeing the add on time, I want to disable it. Wise or not? What to do?
