
I am running Norton Internet Security (8.5.2) on a macOS Catalina (10.15.1). When I try to run Full Scan, it runs for about 5 seconds, then shows "scan error". No code with it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice. I have rebooted a dozen times. I have spent over an hour on the phone with Norton Support and nothing has been resolved by any of these methods. Live Update and Quick Scan work fine, but not the Full Scan. I really need a solution to this problem.
