Need help associating existing parent account with a different family account

When I invited my wife to create a parent account associated with an existing family account we've been using, she somehow ended up accidentally creating a new family account.  Now, when I try to re-invite her, I get an error that her email address is already associated with a different family.  However, I cannot delete her account or find any way to reassociate it to our existing family account.  I would appreciate help in resolving this.


Katie - I have already sent you two emails on this at the email address you list in your profile, but have not received any response.

 

Also, the telephone support people seem completely clueless and were unable to provide any useful help after waiting on the phone for and with them for more than an hour.

 

You should also be aware that your chat system never seems to answer, despite saying it will typically take only 5 minutes, and the priority ID system for calling by phone is also broken.  I registered for priority IDs twice only to be immediately told by the phone prompting system each time that the ID I was given is invalid.
