Hi everyoone this is my first time here and i have tried everything to get rid of backdoor.tidserv but nothing seems to be working. My computer got infected with this virus about a week ago i had scan my computer with melwarebyte but it is coming up as clean. I read few post here about backdoor and you guys recomanded to scan computer with SysProt i have done that and attached logs below. Please help me here every time i start my computer norton detect this virus but wont do anythign about it. I have scan my computer in safe mode with norton and melwarebyte but it comes up clean. I m getting error message when i run norton internet security i get this error message. SYMANTIC SERVICE FRAMEWORK HAS ENCOUNTERED PROBLEM AND NEED TO CLOSE. Pls help
