Hi, my first time trying this!! We www.iaapt.net and www.complementaryhealthregister.com have been trying to get our sites verified by Norton Safe Web Team now for over two months with no luck!!! We have microsoft office live web sites, they are great and the service is good from them. We have put in the codes into the Meta Tag on our sites but unable to get anyone on 0207 616 5813 at norton to understand that they need to do a manual verification!! In fact I am still on hold right now after 20 mins of them trying to put me through!!! Realley could do with some help please? The strange thing is that you can contact our organisation through www.direct.gov.uk and we are verified by most government departments, but sadly Norton are unable to asssist.
