Am running Windows 7 Professional 32 bit on a Dell Precision T3500. Norton Security software (version 22.21.6.53) Thanks. I took the same Delta V off another cumputer a couple of years ago but cannot remember how I did it. Nor can I find the instructions online again. Delta V must be what is keeping my Auto-Protect and my Sonar from being able to be turned on.

SouthCountryMom. Its been a day or three since the last post so thought I'd follow-up to see how things went with the Delta V removal and your Norton settings returning to normal.

Your most welcome!! Keep in mind, if the computer is "domain joined", you will also need to remove the workstation as a member of the domain and remove the DNS host records.

Yes! It is! I will try to use this info to get it off and will search for Delta V Explorer. Thank you so much. I had looked on their site but had not found this info. Will let you know how it works. Thanks again!
Have you tried removing the software via the Delta V Explorer? Is this the software in question?
