Hi, I've just had to update norton Family safety and suddenly I'm not getting anymore notifications from my mac thats being used by my daughter. I've checked the mac and It still says norton safety minder is still monitoring the accounts. I've checked it and it still blocks but unfortunately I dont get any emails nor can I update my account. I can't modify my daughters account either. I've tried downloading it again using the link on the site after you sign in.But when I get to the part when it says put an email address, when I entered the address associated to my account its asks me to create an account. It will not accept the email that im using. Is there anyway I can get this to work again? Maybe uninstall then re-install? My daughter has no computers associated to her account anymore so I don't know whats going on.
She is using my old mac OS 10.5.8. I got all the updates. Tried to install again.
