Just needing some help.N360 on my pc causes window 7 to crash when it tries to scan, it started a week ago, window explorer would crash out of the blue. I thought it must have been virus and malware.when i tried scanning it would crash. I booted into safe mode and run a full scan, it picked up 2 low level trojan, but when it tried to clear it in safe mode, window crashed as well. I uninstalled N360 and the problem went away. I reinstalled N360 everything work except that if i try to do a scan hard crashes still happens. Any suggestion for a fix is appreciated as I am looking at either reinstalling window or abandoning N360. Thanks
