Hello,
I have a Lenovo H535 desktop running Windows 10 and NIS Deluxe since new that seems to have a Trojan Horse called "trash.gen." I also have Glary Utilities/Malware Hunter. Norton doesn't find any problems but Malware Hunter comes up with as many as 15 infected files, but can't remove them. Norton Power Eraser hasn't worked either. I'm not having any noticeable issues with performance. The files are C:\Windows\System32\oledlg.dll and C:\Windows\System32\napinsp.dll. There are multiple copies of the files, some with uppercase spelling. I run full scans every week or so. I also run Glary Utilities on a similar schedule and Malware Hunter as well. I downloaded Malwarebytes, but it didn't find or remove the files. I have looked for the files but so far, they are invisible to me. So.... I'm looking for some help and advice.
Thanks for your time.
Joe
