Need help verifying website

I have tried both the meta tag approach and uploading the html file. Neither works for my web site -- http://www.businesscasepro.com

 

I can see the Norton link trying to access my uploaded file. 

 

It really shouldn't be this difficult.

 

Can anybody advise, please? I use SquareSpace to host my web site.

Hi Rajesh

 

I've tried placing the meta tag as given to me by Norton via email as well as the file auth but none of them seem to work. My webste verification fails when I try to verify ownership via the My Settings > Site dispute section.

 

Please help...

And yes Rajesh is very good! I always say to allow 1-2 days for the safeweb team to do the manual ownership verification but Rajesh typically beats the clock. :smileywink:

I would be happy to help, but perhaps you could clarify the status of your Safe Web request.

 

Have you registered your site with Safe Web and received the authentication code?

 

Can you confirm that in your Safe Web profile, you see this messages verifying ownership?
