I also have the same problem as Salafical. How do I get Norton to test my site? I thought I had the problem solved almost 2 months ago when I registered and did the necessary steps to have my "ownership verified". That's all done but I'm still waiting to see that Safe Green Button With the Check Mark appear. Instead, I continue to see the grey question mark. How long do I have to wait? This seems unreasonable. I have sent two emails to site_owner_help_en@symantec.com and I have not received any response. Please, can someone help me?
