Need help with Norton automatically renewing my subscription

I'm an old Norton user and my Norton has already expired since 2016. But yesterday, Norton suddenly charged me about RM 248.00 in total on 02-08-18 and 27-06-21 even though I never renew it . I need a solution for this, what should I do?

Have been trying to find out why it does not tell you in advance that they just put you in auto renew and you have to jump through hoops to get out!

Easy though I have auto renew with a legal firm that gives you a expert in the field that you have having problems with. 

Have told them to cancel the renewal seeing they did not tell me till after paying, that they enrolled me in this auto renew and the chat line was useless. Need a lot better idea unless this was their plan to start with. There is only one place -above- that I will auto renew with!

Have you verified with your bank that this charge has indeed been processed? If it hasn't delete the SMS as the message is a scam to phish you for account information. If you had an account renewal with Norton you would receive an e-mail with that information never a text message.

The only thing i receive is sms on my phone .There is nothing from email.
