Need help with svchost.exe pop up and system shut downs - BackDoor.Tidserv!inf and BackDoor.Tdss.565

A few week ago on one of my computers had the 2010 anti virus [winupdate86.exe] - I believed I had gotten rid of it. Within the last couple weeks I experienced IE web page redirects and the Generic host 32 need to shut down. The 2 files listed that it wants to send to MS is svchost.exe.mdmp and appcompat.txt - I did not send to MS. I have tried to fix this myself but no luck getting it all. Now that I have NAV and NIS it has blocked several attempts of BackDoor.Tidserv!inf. I tried DrWEB and it only found BackDoor.Tdss.565 in memory from a full system scan. NAV only finds tracking cookies on a full system scan. Right now I am working from the 2nd computer I have that is virus free and I have found that by disconnecting the internet from the other computer it is easier to work on [by coping anything I need to a thumb drive and then copy to the other computer]  The svchost.exe does not try to shut down the computer as often in which I have been using the run command shutdown -a when it does try. I have noticed multiple dir being generated in my temp folder. Also malwarebytes found a few files and deleted when I was running mcAfee. I read here that this possibly gets into the system restore files so I have turned that off for now. Thanks for your time.
