A while ago I got upset about some auto upgrading that Windows XP was doing and set the upgrading to manual and just ignored the upgrades since I assumed (probably stupidly) that since they were windows/IE security upgrades and I use Norton 360 (now upgraded to v5) and Mozilla that I didn't need them. Now I'm trying to use my Rosetta Stone and part of their full functionality requires SP3 which is included in all of the microsoft updates for maybe a couple years 
So, now I'd like to upgrade to SP3 and I've backed up important files but wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how I should go about it. I think the auto updates list from top to bottom as oldest to newest but I'm not sure about that. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks, Lisa
