Need Manual Norton Safe Web Site Ownership Verification

Hi,

I am new here and I have two websites that I would like to have verified, however they are hosted at YOLA.com and according to the tech I contacted at YOLA, I am not able to enter the authentication code in the root directory of my sites.  I have entered the codes as key words in my sites as was suggested in other threads I have read, but I understand that this will require manual processing.  Could someone who works at Symantec please help verify my sites or tell me what else I need to do.

Thanks

Marlies

Neither method is working. Our students are being prevented from accessing the college’s learning management system even though the files in question (which weren’t even viruses) have been removed. Is there anything that can be done to expedite this process. Our students need to be able to access their courses unimpeded by your “protection”

2 days, Still waiting for help.

Hi Jeff,

I have just asked a moderator to request someone from the Safe Web Team to check back with you and verify your website manually. Thanks for being patient :-)

4 Days Still Waiting! This is rediclulous I need to stop our students from getting blocked now.

Hi Jeff,

I am sorry about this, and I also do not know why there is a delay. I will notify Phil_D of your website status.

I have added the required file to the root level of icampus.jjc.edu, at http://icampus.jjc.edu/nortonsw_891dc4e0-bfeb-0.html but the automated system is not locating it. Can some please manually verify that the file is there.

Thanks

 Hi Jeff,

We have manually verified owership of your site 'icampus.jjc.edu' based on the verification file in the root folder. Our automated system could not pick it up because "http://icampus.jjc.edu/nortonsw_891dc4e0-bfeb-0.html" is getting redirected to "https://icampus.jjc.edu/nortonsw_891dc4e0-bfeb-0.html"

Thank you for helping me verify the two websites http://marliesbodnar.com  and  http://encorehairstudio.com  .  I have 4 additional websites that I have set up with YOLA that also need to be manualy verified.  I am placing the authr. code  in with the key words as I did in the previous sites that you helped me with.  The 4 new sites are  http://southbayhair.com   http://southbayhairstylist.com  http://southbayhairstylists.com  http://torrancehairstylist.com

Would you please help me verify these 4 sites.

Thank you so much!!!!

Marlies

Hi Marlies

I have verified the ownership of http://southbayhairstylist.comhttp://southbayhairstylists.com &  http://torrancehairstylist.com

We couldn't find auth code as a meta tag on 'http://southbayhair.com, could you please add the auth code as a meta tag?
