I am new here and I have two websites that I would like to have verified, however they are hosted at YOLA.com and according to the tech I contacted at YOLA, I am not able to enter the authentication code in the root directory of my sites. I have entered the codes as key words in my sites as was suggested in other threads I have read, but I understand that this will require manual processing. Could someone who works at Symantec please help verify my sites or tell me what else I need to do.
Neither method is working. Our students are being prevented from accessing the college’s learning management system even though the files in question (which weren’t even viruses) have been removed. Is there anything that can be done to expedite this process. Our students need to be able to access their courses unimpeded by your “protection”
I have just asked a moderator to request someone from the Safe Web Team to check back with you and verify your website manually. Thanks for being patient :-)
I have added the required file to the root level of icampus.jjc.edu, at http://icampus.jjc.edu/nortonsw_891dc4e0-bfeb-0.html but the automated system is not locating it. Can some please manually verify that the file is there.
