I'm trying to use the fix posted for "Identity Safe Local Vault in 2013". It requires removing NIS 2013, Installing NIS 2012, set up your local vault, then install the upgrade to NIS 2013 and never selecting the Identity Safe "Sync" option. The problem I have is, I only have the 2007 version. I've upgraded over the years to NIS 2013 via my Norton's online account, product upgrades. Where can I download NIS 2012, or obtain a ISO image of the CD?
