Need Norton drivers Win 10 x64

I have a Win 10 x64 install with Norton Security.  Recently Win 10 installed an update and now the system won’t boot.  It’s tripping over both symelam.sys and symefasi64.sys.  I’ve attempted to use the repair console to copy symelam.sys and the corresponding .inf and .cat files onto the system (copied from \system32\drivers\NSBUx64\1609000.047\ on a win 8.1 x86 computer), but cannot get a copy of symefasi64.sys from an x86 computer.

My recovery options are few:  I don’t have restore points and if I have a recovery disk at all, I can’t be certain that it would have these files.  Even if I created such a recovery disk, I’ve probably misplaced or lost it.  I don’t have another computer that I can install a copy of win 10 x64 followed by an installation of Norton in order to obtain the files needed.  My only other choice besides replacing the damaged files is reinstalling windows.  However, if I can get obtain a copy of the pertinent files from the installer or from Norton/Symantec, I think I can get the system going again through the repair console.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to extract the files from the installer?  Because I’ve struck out with Norton Support, I'm not sure if there is any other way of obtaining these files from Norton/Symantec.

The BSOD error is: The operating system could be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contain errors.  0xc000007b
