I have installed Norton Security with Backup on nine (9) computers. In my Norton online account, I see the following headings: HOME DEVICES SERVICES FAMILY. Under DEVICES there are names which mean nothing to me, such as: Paolino-Windows 7; Paolino-Windows 7-1; Paolino-Windows 7-2; Paolino-Windows 7-3; Paolino-Windows 7-4. Under SERVICES, there are the real computer names I have given to each machine. Only SERVICES is useful as a result. (1) Would you please show the real computer names under DEVICES, like what is shown under SERVICES? Having the name I assigned to the computer is much more useful to me than a made up name. Either that, or please show BOTH names.
The way it is now, I cannot tell my computers apart under DEVICES. This is very inconvenient.
