Need some help

Hello,

Need some help with something I just discovered.  I was browsing my settings in NIS 2013 and came upon 3 entries in the Firewall Program Rules Settings.

It appears I have the following set on "Block"

checktbexist

c:\users....\appdata\local\temp\divCF05.tmp\checktbexist.exe

installation service module

c:\users....\appdata\local\temp\divCF05.tmp\mism.exe

installation service module

c:\users....\appdata\local\temp\divCF05.tmp\ism.exe

I have no idea where they came from and have never seen them before.  Of course when I go to the Appdata folder I can't find them.  Computer appears to be running fine and there have been no warnings from NIS.  Did full scans with NIS, Malwareytes and SuperAntiSpyware with no results and Norton Power Erase did not show any problems either.  Scans in "Safe" mode don't show anything either except for tracking cookies. Cleared the temporary internet files too and did a disk clean up just in case.

I checked online and found that these items are all linked to nasty stuff.  I am stumped on how they are only showing up as "Blocked" in my NIS 2013 firewall settings but there have been no indications otherwise (no idea how they ended up getting blocked either).  I would have thought that if they were nasty stuff then the computer would be going haywire and I would start getting all sorts of warnings but so far there appears to be nothing out of the ordinary.  No degredation in performace, no pop-ups, no browser redirects...NIS history logs shows normal as well as performance charts.

If they are just junk, how do I get rid of them..I don't want them on my computer!

I do believe I could remove them from the Firewall program rules altogether but don't want to touch them unless I am absolutely certain that nothing bad is going to happen.  I have begun to back up my important files just in case.

Please help.
