My Norton subscription has been renewed without my knowledge. I want to get my money back. I will not renew my account again. Thank you.

You need to contact Norton Support to request a refund of your automatic renewal.   www.norton.com/contactcs

Automatic renewal has been the default for some time now when you activate a new subscription.
