I already have Norton and bought another one in DVD format 2 months ago to update this one. Dixons tell my I have a faulty Blue Ray DVD drive as it will not accept discs-will not plug and play. Spent 2 hours looking on Norton sites to see if I can download it and then put in my new product key. It is still the same version 2011 but again for another year. Or can I somehow go into Norton and put my new product key in so I can get my new year .
Appreciate any help.I am lost at the minute as Dixons tell me I need to do system recovery to possibly sort out my DVD problems I just cannot re-install all my software again.
